This weeks goals

After an extra fun weekend.. time to get back on the horse.
Last week I did a total of 12 miles and drank lots of water.

This week: total of 14 miles, lots of water still and control the sugar.
Monday: 3 miles
Tuesday: XTrain
Wednesday:2 miles
Thursday: XTrain
Friday: 3 miles
Saturday: 6 miles
Sunday: XTrain

I am really going to work on some sit ups this week.. lets say at least 100 a day.
