Ok, Saturdays 3 mile run was nice and relaxing, good pace, good company (Marcee) and nice weather.
Time to get serious. 14 weeks out from the Marathon. I wrote out the plan and mileage needs to start adding up.. it was rough putting down a 22 mile run but hey, this is what I signed up for right?
Here's how this week should go: This week's total 25
Monday: 4 miles
Tuesday: 4 miles
Wednesday: Rest (I could put XTrain but I'd be lying!)
Thursday: 5 miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 8 miles
Sunday: 4 miles
Ugh-it hasn't even started and I am dreading it.
