Well tonight I semi ran alone I ran the first 3.5 by myself and my friend Jessica met me and ran the last part. Its starting to get darker earlier and earlier and I don't like that one bit!!
All in all I ran 6 miles--not sure of the time or pace because I had to give back the super cool Garmin watch but I didn't feel that great--tight, sore, heavy, hot, etc I am hopping Thursday will be good thats when I'll do 15!
On a side note, hotel booked for the race. Working on the ipod music and outfit :)
Also, I have been drinking a lot more water but still eating LOTS of sugar!
