Stacie, Hannah S. and Wendy were also there. Everyone is doing great with their miles and the turnout to GYRO this week has been stellar. Looking froward to tonight.
BTW: Sugar in take has been kept pretty low this week--I've had a headache a few days but I know that is just temporary pain :)
