8 miles this morning in 1:23. About a 10:26 pace
I felt really good after the first 4 miles--I think it is due to my preparation. I have had some not so nice experiences on long runs (I'll spare some of you the details) so I decided to be more proactive so it would be more enjoyable. I woke up at 7am, drank a glass of water and ate a granola bar, went to the bathroom then stretched for 35 mins. It seemed to really help :)
We went to Panera afterwards and I had a Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich--soo good!
Let's hope I don't just lay around after such a great run!
