Hills

Tonight we changed up the scenery and ran in Marcee's neighborhood (my old neighborhood). We thought it would be good to change up the routine since this loop is hilly. We thought wrong. We went a little earlier than usual and had to cut it short by a .5 mile. We ran 3.5 in 38 mins. A little over 11 min miles isn't bad considering how awful we felt, we barely could talk to each other! Not to mention it was all in the sun no shade..bad idea.

Tomorrow is a rest day and I am so thankful!

Keep it up. Practice being visionary on tough workout days. Vision the end of the marathon and that feeling of accomplishment, I'm sure your training efforts and the will to complete the plan for the day will be accomplished.
