In my last post I mentioned drinking more water, stretching more and staying loose on off days.
Here's the update:
Rode my bike 11.5 miles on Sunday evening with Jessica. Drink lots of water and ate a TON of sugar at the Pampered Chef party!
Monday: Walked 30 minutes, went to my Body Sculpt class and broke a sweat shaking my hips (good thing you weren't there, there is a reason I am a runner!)
When I think of it around the house or watching T.V. I have been trying to stretch more.
Tonight, we have gained a new running partner and we will run 6 miles. Should be fun!
