Sit ups day 2

This morning I couldn't wait to get up and do my 20 sit ups on the exercise ball.. Ok well maybe I could have slept a little longer but, I'm really looking forward to tackling these abs in the next few weeks and strengthening my core. Step 1 is always consistency. So here is to day 2. Also, the water hydration just went ok yesterday. Really need to focus today.
