Well, I have maintained the walking routine at the mall and outside when possible but something inside me just wants to run!! I just want my legs to move faster and to be dripping with sweat like I was here and here and just feeling like I am really burning some calories.
I need to rearrange my schedule a bit to fit in some runs. I just find my happy place while running :) Maybe I need a race to train for, any race ideas? Until then..GYRO
On a side note, Steve went to the gym last night for the first time in well..a long time.
